| Description | This product is prepared by labeling monoclonal mouse anti-fluorescein with CF®405M dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF®405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®350, CF®405S, and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. |
