| Description | Goat anti-mouse IgG2a isotype-specific secondary antibody labeled with CF®555 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange-red fluorescent CF®555 dye has excitation/emission at 555/565 nm. The conjugate is prepared from affinity-purified antibodies that react with Fc portion of the heavy chain of mouse IgG2a. To minimize cross reactivity, the antibodies are cross-adsorbed against other mouse IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2b, IgG3), and human, bovine and rabbit serum proteins. |
