| Product Description | Human Dermal Fibroblasts-Adult are isolated from adult human skin. Human Dermal Fibroblasts-Adult are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. Human Dermal Fibroblasts-Adult are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. Human Dermal Fibroblasts-Adult are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. Human Dermal Fibroblasts provide an ideal cell system to establish serum free human feeder layers for human embryonic stem cell cultures or as a model to study wound healing, toxicology or basic cell biology. Fibroblasts are cryopreserved as primary cells to ensure the highest viability and plating efficiency. |
