Kit consists of 500mL medium, 10mL supplement (containing animal derived growth factors) and 10mL attachment factor (extracellular matrix reagent for coating flasks). This becomes a complete medium once activated with the included supplement. Media and reagents are sterile. Medium contains no added hormones and no phenol red. |
