| Product Description | For quantitative determination of pyruvate and evaluation of drug effects on its metabolism. Key Features: Sensitive and accurate. Use as little as 10 µL samples. Linear detection range in 96-well plate: 2 to 500 µM (17 µg/dL to 4.4 mg/dL) pyruvate for colorimetric assays and 0.2 to 50 µM for fluorimetric assays. Simple and convenient. The procedure involves addition of a single working reagent and incubation for 30 min at room temperature, compatible for HTS assays. Improved reagent stability.
