Cot is involved in a variety of cellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in inflammation and immune responses. Cot inactivate-1 inhibits Cot activity and may have potential therapeutic effects on rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and some types of cancer. |
