Irdabisant exhibits relatively low inhibitory activity against hERG current (IC50= 13.8 μM). Irdabisant exhibits cognition-enhancing and wake-promoting activities in the rat social recognition model. Irdabisant can be used for research on schizophrenia or cognitive impairment. |
