The composition of Agrobacterium Minimal Medium includes essential components such as salts, MES buffer, and glucose, all of which contribute to creating an optimal environment for bacterial growth. To prepare the medium, it is recommended to dissolve 10.65 grams per liter in distilled water at 100°C before subjecting it to autoclaving.
