Up to 300 μL stool samples can be processed in less than 45 minutes. The kit includes our 96-well disruptor plates, which are pre-filled with glass beads. The protocol involves no organic extractions, reducing both plastic waste and hands-on time to allow parallel processing of multiple samples.
