| Description | Our EasyWestern Stripping Buffer is a ready to use solution for removing primary and secondary antibodies bound to Western blot membranes after probing. The buffer removes the antibodies under mild conditions, minimizing the loss of immobilized protein from the membrane and the same membrane can be stripped and re-probed 2–5 times. After stripping, the membranes can be re-probed, either with a different primary antibody or different concentration of the same primary antibody.
