Description Recombinant Human IL-20 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the N-Terminus.It contains Leu25-Leu176.
Target IL-20
Host Human
Purity > 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
Scientific Background Interleukin (IL)-20 is a member of the IL-10 family of cytokines, which has been reported to participate in autoimmune inflammatory diseases. However, the potential role of IL-20 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) progression has not yet been investigated. In addition, IL-20 expression was significantly associated with tumor size, metastasis, TNM stage and poor prognosis in patients with HCC.
Molecular Mass The protein has a predicted MW of 19.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-25 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Sl Sequence Leu25-Leu176
Solubility Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
Appearance Lyophilized
Endotoxin Levels Less than 0.005 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Expression System HEK293
