IL-37 has five different isoforms, and IL-37b is the most biologically functional subtype. IL-37b Inhibits PGN Induced Cytokines and Chemokines via the Downregulation of Intracellular Nuclear Factor (NF)-κB, PI3K–Akt, and ERK1/2 Pathways. |
