Description Recombinant Human SIRP Beta/CD172b Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Glu30-Ala369.
Target SIRP Beta/CD172b
Host Human
Purity > 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
Scientific Background SIRP beta 1 is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the SIRP family within the Ig superfamily. Members of this family are characterized by an extracellular region containing a V-set Ig domain containing a J-like sequence and two C1-set Ig domains.SIRP beta 1 is immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor involved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling processes. Participates also in the recruitment of tyrosine kinase SYK. Triggers activation of myeloid cells when associated with TYROBP.
Molecular Mass The protein has a predicted MW of 40 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-60 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Sl Sequence Glu30-Ala369
Solubility Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
Appearance Lyophilized
Endotoxin Levels Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Expression System HEK293
