Anti-Olig2 & GFP Antibody

We, BTL Biotechno Labs Pvt. Ltd. along with our Principal partner Aves Labs have extended our range of poultry antibodies by adding two new products, recently launched by Aves Labs:

Olig2 (also known as BHLHB1, BHLHE19, PRKCBP2, RACK17) specific to Chicken is a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor essential for oligodendrocyte and motoneuron development in the spinal cord. Olig2 is also known to play a key role in mediating the brain's response to cortical injury through post-injury gliosis and is also highly expressed in malignant glioma where it has been implicated in glioma progression. Anti-Oligo2 antibody detects endogenous levels of Olig2 by Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunofluorescence.

Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) is a naturally fluorescent protein originally derived from jellyfish. GFP has been engineered to produce a vast number of variously colored mutants, fusion proteins, and biosensors which have become useful and ubiquitous tools in transgenic experiments. Fluorescent proteins enable a wide range of applications where they have functioned as cell lineage tracers, reporters of gene expression, or as a measure of protein-protein interactions.
