Each kit contains all reagents required for immunostaining of 500 slides. Kits are easy to use, provided with instructions for each step from preparation of tissue sections to mounting slides with coverslips. These kits were designed to be used with either human, rabbit, mouse, rat, sheep, goat, or chicken primary antibody using 3 different immunostaining detection methods, immunoperoxidase, alkaline phosphatase, and immunofluorescence.
