Arginine/Ornithine Elisa Kit

Immusmol stands for antibodies against small molecules. While traditional antibodies only recognize large molecules such as proteins, ImmuSmol designs and develop antibodies capable of targeting low molecular weight entities, below 900 Daltons, that can be used for conventional staining applications as well as in the scope of novel immunoassay development.

With great pride, we would like to announce the launch of ELISA kits: the Ornithine ELISA kit (IS-I-1000R) and the Arginine/Ornithine ELISA pack by our principal partner, ImmuSmol, for the quantification of ornithine and arginine, as well as the accuracy of the Orn to Arg ratio as a surrogate of arginine activity.

Ornithine ELISA kit (IS-I-1000R) (RUO)

Provide an accurate and easy-to-implement tool to evaluate L-ornithine (Orn) functions in plasma samples. The assay requires a sample volume as low as 20μL and is characterized by an 8,5μM sensitivity.

Arginine/Ornithine ELISA Pack (ISE-0410R) (RUO)

Composed of two distinct ELISA kits, the Arginine ELISA kit (IS-I-0400R) and the Ornithine ELISA kit (IS-I-1000R), the pack enables the easy determination of the ornithine/arginine ratio in serum and plasma samples from multiple species.
