Mega Lipid Strips

BTL Biotechno Labs Pvt. Ltd., as a sole authorized distributor of Echelon Bioscience in India, is delighted to introduce their newly launched Mega Lipid Strips. These strips feature 23 important lipids pre-spotted on membranes, along with a blank control.

PIP strips are used in a simple protein-lipid overlay assay to help determine the specificity of your protein towards one or more of these lipids. Briefly, once the membrane is blocked, it is incubated with the protein of interest. The membrane is then washed and incubated with an HRP-labeled antibody against the protein or your protein's affinity tag. These mega strips determine the binding specificity of lipid-binding proteins and are available in easy-to-use membrane form (2.5 x 6 cm) with 100 pmol of the lipids.
