Lipid-coated beads serve as versatile tools in protein pull-down experiments. These beads facilitate the understanding of lipid binding in purified proteins, study of protein-lipid interactions within cell lysates, and assessment of radiolabeled in vitro translation products for binding specificity.

Phosphatidylglycerol (PG) Beads are composed of agarose with 10 nanomoles of bound phosphatidylglycerol per 1ml of beads, enough for several protein binding experiments. Each 1 mL order of Phosphatidylglycerol Beads includes a small amount of control beads. Larger quantities of Control Beads are also available for purchase.
